Kelly Rowland and son Titan are ‘picture perfect’ on the cover of Parents Magazine

Singer and former Destiny’s child member Kelly Rowland and her adorable son Titan redefine mother-son goals on the cover of Parents magazine’s February Issue.

The singer showed off her toned body in a sexy grey number while Titan, who turned 1 in November last year, sported dreadlocks and a colourful onesie.

In her interview with the magazine, Kelly talked about motherhood, and women learning to love their bodies after childbirth. She also stated that she thinks mothers are superheroes. “Motivation” for all new new moms: Don’t stress over your body after baby.“Write on your mirror in lipstick: ‘I had a baby. I’m a superhero” she said

The 33-year-old singer, who welcomed her son with husband, Tim Weatherspoon in 2014, also opened up about her challenges as a mother and how she experienced a low supply milk, eventually resorting to baby formula to supplement her son’s feeding. “I had my heart set on breastfeeding, but I wasn’t producing enough milk,” she shares. “I got down on myself, which I think was mentally limiting my supply.”

Kelly also added that women need to stop beating themselves up when it comes down to losing the baby weight, advising them to go at their own pace “It takes about a year to get the weight off. Don’t beat yourself up if it takes even longer,” she stated

Kelly is currently working on a new reality show titled Chasing Destiny which features her searching for the next big female superstar group. The show is set to premiere in April on BET.
